Remedial Massage

Hands on treatment to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and support recovery from injury or strain. It can increase mobility, reduce discomfort and promote relaxation - making it especially valuable for dogs with joint issues, soft tissue injuries or those simply slowing down with age. Regular massage can also support emotional wellbeing by helping dogs feel calmer and more connected.

Functional & Conditioning
Exercise

These are tailored to support your dog’s strength, balance and coordination in a way that’s practical and relevant to their daily life. These exercises help improve joint stability, muscle tone and overall range of movement. This is especially important for dogs recovering from injury/surgery, managing arthritis or other degenerative joint conditions.

They also build confidence and body awareness (in the young and old), making everyday activities easier and more comfortable.

Laser Therapy

This therapy is carried out with class 3b laser. It is a non-invasive treatment that uses red light energy to help reduce pain, inflammation, and muscle tension while supporting tissue repair and healing. It's particularly helpful for dogs with chronic pain, arthritis, post-surgical recovery, or soft tissue injuries. The treatment is gentle and can be used independently or in conjunction with massage and exercise. It is a gentle drug free way to support your dog’s recovery and overall wellbeing.

ARTHRITIS SUPPORT $50

30 MINS

Join me for a one-on-one arthritis support session, where we’ll focus on managing your dog’s symptoms and understanding the progression of their condition. There is not always enough time to explore all the available options for managing arthritis in dogs during a veterinary consult. As a Canine Arthritis Advocate with Canine Arthritis (UK), I bring both clinical knowledge and personal experience with this degenerative disease.

Together, we’ll develop a tailored management plan for your dog, specific to their health needs and stage of arthritis. We’ll cover topics such as how to recognize signs of pain, explore different pain relief options, discuss lifestyle changes that can reduce joint strain, and delve into beneficial physical therapies. We’ll also touch on managing flare-ups, the importance of supplements, and maintaining healthy nutrition.

My goal is to support you in improving your dog’s quality of life by effectively addressing the physical challenges posed by arthritis.
