Service Description
A 30 minute 1 on 1 consultation here at our salon with your dog, with our Stylist Halena. We discuss your dogs coat type, its function, the recommended coat care requirements, how to look after your dog's coat in between professional grooms, and what tools are necessary to do this. We can even to ensure your dog is well prepared for their groom by offering advice around behaviour and expectations during a groom service.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a booking please contact us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Otherwise a 50% cancellation fee may be charged. Cancellations on the day or "no shows" incur 100% charge of the service fee.
