Service Description

Regular clipping of dogs nails prevents potential issues for dogs, including nail damage and breakage, nails curling back into the pads and causing trauma and pain, splaying of the feet, abnormal walking/running due to long nails, reduced traction, abnormal force and gait leading to tendon damage and arthritis. The dew claws located on the inside of both front limbs (almost always), and occasionally on the inside of the hind leg limbs (almost never) generally don't get much wear from contact with hard surfaces. So, these nails in particular should be monitored and trimmed regularly. Nail trimming is recommended every 3-4 weeks to prevent any issues from arising.
